Professional Experience

Julie Fischer is the General Business Manager at AllOut Marketing. Fischer’s diverse background includes operations, financial reporting, financial forecasting, cost accounting, computer system implementation, budgeting, managing and more. After beginning her career in 1983 by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Moorhead State University, Fischer went on to use her financial knowledge at a number of businesses in the Twin Cities. At Pillsbury she focused her talents on implementing an accounts payable system, working alongside the sales force, and acting as the accounting supervisor. At National Computer Systems, Fischer practiced efficiency accounting by implementing a company-wide accounting program aimed at cutting costs. She also worked as a Controller at Specialty Tool & Engineering where she set up an electronic database and was in charge of human resources. Involved in all aspects of the company, she managed the entire business spectrum. Staying abreast and monitoring all areas of the business are skills that she applies daily to her job at AllOut Marketing.

Fischer came to AllOut Marketing in 2001. As general manager she has streamlined internal operations, managed all ongoing projects and handled all financials. With 22 years of accounting and management experience, Fischer keeps track of all projects and ensures quality and timeliness. She uses her operations and financial experience with every client to help AllOut Marketing continue to deliver effective and successful results.

Professional/Civic Involvement and Awards

Fischer served as treasurer for Oakview’s Parent and Teacher Organization for six years. Fischer also participated as treasurer for Women of Today, an organization devoted to providing leadership trainning for women and providing community service.

Education

Julie Fischer has a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Moorhead State University in Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive).
