Tammy Miller is the Event and Client Expectations Manager at AllOut Marketing. Working closely with the marketing team, Miller coordinates all marketing and creative projects. She organizes client events, conducts market research, manages client advertising, and organizes and manages graphic design projects. As the center of all aspects of ongoing projects, Miller has managed the coordination and event preparation for multiple client events within conferences with as many as 40,000 attendees and 1,700 exhibitors. Preparation and coordination for the conferences included all event logistics, housing, booth set-up, theme development, giveaways, and on-site management.
Directing key messages to the target audience is another area of Miller’s expertise. Miller supervises mailings to specific physician disciplines and manages the direct mailings from beginning to completion to ensure each piece is timely delivered and successfully received. From project timeline implementation to follow-through, Miller applies her planning and organizational skills so all project deadlines are met on time. By utilizing her strong organizational skills and medical marketing industry knowledge, Miller ensures project quality and timeliness for AllOut Marketing clients.
Prior to joining AllOut Marketing, Miller interned at St. Jude Medical where she developed an understanding of the medical marketing industry. There she supported different marketing and communications projects, specifically distributing physician education and training materials in conjunction with a product launch.
