Professional Experience

Lee Behrens brings a versatile array of programming skills to AllOut Marketing, creating efficient code that demonstrates his ten-plus years of professional programming experience. His career includes work both as part of a large corporation team and as an independent consultant.

Building a remote data collection system for a cardiovascular clinical trial and creating a kiosk system for a leading health plan provider are examples of Behrens’ adherence to proven programming principles while applying creative problem-solving skills. His extensive background in quality assurance testing and debugging enables AllOut Marketing to implement development processes that successfully bridge projects from conception to deployment.

Behrens’ ability to skillfully manage whatever variables arise during development adds robustness to AllOut Marketing’s technical projects. His repertoire of languages include ASP, C#/.NET, Delphi, Java/JSP, JavaScript, Perl, PHP. His database knowledge includes Access, Interbase, MySQL, Oracle, and SQLServer.

Professional/Civic Involvement

Behrens co-founded the Minnesota Software Consulting Professionals and has been a co-leader of the Twin Cities PC User Group’s Delphi/Kylix SIG. He currently serves as a volunteer technical consultant to TCDeaf.com, a weekly news and events site.

Lee Behrens received a bachelor of arts degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in psychology.
