Linda Ash is a marketing professional with over 30 years experience in sales and marketing. Her wide-ranging career includes leadership in sales, sales training, marketing, marketing training, market analysis, product development, and process development. For the last 12 years at 3M, Ash has been recognized for successful team management and has led teams in sales, marketing, e-business, strategic development, problem solving, and across multiple functions and multiple divisions.

As Marketing Distinction Consultant, Ash leads AllOut Marketing clients through the assessment and development of best practices in leadership and marketing skills. Through her training and leadership, clients discover and apply the marketing and leadership competencies needed to become highly effective marketing professionals.

Professional Recognition, Societies and Awards

Between 2003 and 2007, Linda Ash was a member of the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Trainers, a professional training society. She served on the Board of Directors of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America from 2000 to 2003 and received three Top Producer Sales Awards at 3M. Trained in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma, Ash applies these principles when leading individuals as well as groups.

In addition, Ash volunteers extensively in the community and brings her marketing expertise to her church, local schools, and several not-for-profit businesses.
