Alicia Lane-Outlaw, Creative Director for AllOut Marketing, was elected President of the Minnesota Association of Deaf Citizens (MADC), a state affiliate of the National Association of the Deaf (NAD). Lane-Outlaw will be the fourth woman president since MADC’s establishment nearly 125 years ago.
